The commissioning process can be extremely enjoyable as you participate at every stage in the production of a beautiful piece of unique, hand crafted furniture that is perfectly tailored to you. You will be able to oversee the development of your commission from initial sketches and ideas right through until it's completion and delivery, giving you a very different and exciting experice to that of buying from a shop.

Initially you will discuss your ideas with Jason to consider what it is that you want to achieve and to help him understand you and your requirements. From these initial discussions he will produce a series of concept sketches for you to consider and choose between. These will then be developed with your input to refine the designs and achive a final piece that you are completely happy with.

From these conversations Jason will produce a final design and ensure that you understand and are happy with the work that will be undertaken before going ahead with the project. After recieving your approval , timber will be selected from the sawmill specifically for your piece and allowed to aclimatise in the workshop. The making process can then begin and your furniture will begin to take shape. Jason will be happy to keep you updated on its progress with photographs if you wish.

Once finished, your piece will be delivered and installed and the project can be discussed with you and advise given on its care. In the unlikely event of you having any problems, he will be happy to do what he can to remedy them and ensure that you are completely happy with your commission.
